DISTILLERY
Located in the heart of Pays Bigouden, Mammenn Distillery is a micro-distillery and above all a family adventure. Since then, our laboratory has been creating incredible potions, with subtle and original tastes.
Mammenn means “source” in Breton.
We use our own spring water drawn and filtered directly on our property. Our distillery advocates a return to the sources in our know-how, our values but also in the ingredients we use.
Mammenn is the French contraction of “my men“. From the HipHop culture and the Street universe, this expression means that we are “Your Safe Guy”, “Your Man”.
Sincerity and authenticity as the basis for creating drinks that are above all a pretext for sharing simple and fulfilling moments!

We are Julie and Pierre, we found ourselves around a common passion which is mixology, natural wines, in short the love of good nectars.
We decided to go further. To leave Paris and set up a micro distillery in Brittany to create our natural spirits.

OUR MANUFACTURING
PROCESS
Our beverages are made and distilled with Mammoth, a traditional 500L copper still and according to time-honored methods. We sublimate the natural products of producer friends in priority in the bigouden country. The short-term objective here is to source only raw materials without inputs (no chemicals) to transform them without addition.
